Professional Counsellor and Psychotherapist

I am a qualified Professional Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I trained with the Tivoli Institute of Psychotherapy. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adhere to their Ethics and Practice.

I am currently working as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist in the Family Resource Centre, Boyle, Co Roscommon and I also have a private practice in Kiltimagh, Co Mayo.

I have qualifications and experience in working with clients in all areas of counselling including anger, anxiety, abuse, bereavement, bullying, depression, eating disorders, grief, loss, negative thinking, panic attacks, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harm, sexual issues, suicidal thoughts, work related issues and mental health issues.

I use many different styles of Psychotherapy and Counselling, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Gestalt therapy, depending on the needs of the person.

I work in an integrative and humanistic way. I provide a confidential safe environment where clients can feel free to talk one to one about the issues that are concerning them without judgement or advice.
